Our scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough and two different angled curves to fit the angles of common mixing bowls, including our 11” Alaskan Birch Wood Mixing Bowl from Great Alaskan Bowl Co:
