Our scraper is hand made in partnership with veteran owned, Anchorage based wood worker, Arctic Appalachian.

A case contains 3 maple wood and 3 cherry wood scrapers. Upon special request, cherry may be substituted for maple at no cost.

Our scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough, and two different angled curves to fit the angles of a variety of mixing bowls; including our Alaska Birch Mixing Bowl from Great Alaskan Bowl Co.
